Want a comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based guide to shed light on what’s happening with your baby’s sleep? This holistic sleep assessment package begins with an in-depth intake and leads to your individualized assessment and guide. And the best part is a private, virtual session to review it all! You’ll get clear on the best next steps to optimize your family’s sleep, including the specific strategies to implement starting that night! Spots are limited to 10 for this deal, so grab your appointment and look forward to more clarity – and sleep – before the end of the year!
In-Depth, Holistic Sleep Review
Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. By sharing what’s happening with your little one (and your whole family), we'll be able to see exactly what areas can be gently shifted to give you greater ease and maximize sleep!
Personalized Sleep Assessment and Guide
This isn’t some generic checklist of things that may or may not apply to your sleep situation. It's a detailed, easy-to-follow summary of what’s going well, where there’s room for improvement, and a step-by-step guide – with the specific strategies you can use — tailored to your baby, and your family’s goals.
Private Virtual Session
Your ability to make changes begins with clarity and confidence. During your private, virtual session, we’ll make sure you feel both! We’ll review your assessment and written guide, and you’ll have a chance to ask questions and plan out your next steps!
Looking at sleep holistically means assessing your little one's feeding, health factors, activity, current sleep patterns, temperament, and other family factors. It also means understanding what’s expected based on age, development, and evidence-based resources (not just what your neighbor’s granddaughter's baby is doing.)
Nap Map: Mini Course
We can’t control when and how our babies sleep, but we can support the conditions that make sleep easier. As a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, I help families balance evidence-based information with their observations and intuition about their little one’s needs. While night time sleep is often the focus for new families, spending a bit of energy optimizing daily routines and nap rhythms can feel easier. And, it has the added benefit of improving bedtime and overnight sleep architecture.
So, if you’re ready to quickly understand your baby’s naps – and how to improve them if they're feeling off course – then this mini course is for you.
Know Exactly Where Your Baby is on the Nap Map
From birth through the early years, naps shift and change. This mini course will quickly boost your confidence around where your baby's current naps are compared to others of the same age. And give you a bird’s eye view of what’s coming next.
Hone in on Holistic Strategies
When naps are feeling tricky, we can turn to some tried and true strategies to holistically move toward easier naps, better daytime rhythms, and the right amount of sleep pressure to get you to an ideal bedtime.
Easy To Use Reference and Worksheets
Map out your baby’s location on the Nap Map. Check sure your baby is napping enough with a handy reference chart. And create your baby’s ideal pre-nap routine - like a mini bedtime routine that signals it’s sleepy time. Zzzzzzz.
Joy's advice was key in getting us on the right track for naps with our 5 month old. We used to have no ideas when or how long naps should be happening. Now we know exactly what to do between each nap time and are feeling good about when she's napping.
Kat, David, And Baby Sophie
Naps are the primary way that babies regulate their sleep pressure, which impacts their overall well-being and overnight sleep..

Grounded Parenting: Digital Bundle
Being a parent and navigating family sleep is full of ups and downs. Sometimes the only thing we can control is our response – and that’s much harder to do when our nervous system is dysregulated. Staying on top of your own well-being is hard, especially as a new parent. This bundle includes three parts, each designed to help you incorporate small, daily practices toward feeling more grounded. Affirmations to support your parenting mindset. Meditation tracks to pop on when you need to find some calm. And a Choose Your Own Self-Care Adventure list of 1, 5, 15, and 30-minute activities you can consider to support your own well-being. And if you’re questioning how you could possibly do any of these, then odds are you really need them.
"Good Enough" Parenting Affirmations
You choose how you want to use these affirmation cards – digitally to scroll through, or printing them out for a physical touch. Either way, they’ll give you specific reminders that just by being yourself, you’re already doing a wonderful job at being the perfect parent to your baby. Plus, bonus blank cards to create your own!
Get Grounded Meditation Tracks
Created just for tired and overwhelmed parents, these simple guided meditation tracks are ideal for anytime. Consider tuning into one to regroup if you’re having a hard time, want to get grounded before your little one’s sleep time, or to help you wind down before your own sleep. No meditation experience required.
Choose Your Own Mindfulness Moment
Sometimes we know we need to do something for ourselves (oxygen mask, eh), but are at a loss for what would feel good – and do-able – in that specific movement. This expansive list can serve as a cheatsheet to guide you toward an activity you can squeeze in during a nap, or inspire you for something to look forward to the next time you have a window of personal time in the midst of your parenting journey.
(And if you don’t have down time, I’ll share some important strategies to consider.)
Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening in this moment. This includes your internal and physical states and can include observing your thoughts and feelings without judging them. Mindfulness in parenting allows presence with our little one and our own experience and needs.
Feeling overwhelmed, guilty, or any other "negative" emotion is completely normal.
And, you can become more compassionate toward yourself in these moments.
