Understand and Improve Naps, Holistically

Daily Rhythms + Gentle Support = Better Naps!

Nap Map: A Mini Course to Help You Quickly Understand Your Baby's Naps

We can’t control when and how our babies sleep, but we can support the conditions that make sleep easier. As a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, I help families balance evidence-based information with their observations and intuition about their little one’s needs. While night time sleep is often the focus for new families, spending a bit of energy optimizing daily routines and nap rhythms can feel easier.

And, it has the added benefit of improving bedtime and overnight sleep architecture.

So, if you’re ready to quickly understand your baby’s naps – and how to improve them if they're feeling off course – then this mini course is for you.

Rest Assured that You Can Support Your Little One's NapsHolistically!

When families come to me with sleep challenges, one of the first things I ask about is how naps are going. That’s because regulating daytime sleep pressure with naps is key to easier days and it's the foundation for bedtime timing and overnight sleep architecture.

Also, it’s often easier to focus on making changes during the day.

By creating daily rhythms, pre-nap routines, and supporting calm at times when your little one would like to nap, we can bring more ease into your days and set you up for greater success going into the night. Whether you're just wanting some reassurance that you’re on track with naps, or are struggling to get naps where they need to be for your little one, this mini course will help you see where your baby is on the Nap Map, and where you can begin to gently shift toward easier napping.
