The Holistic Family Sleep Assessment is ideal for families with a little one who is between ~3-18 months, but can be useful for a family with any child from birth through ~4 years old.
While this is a family sleep assessment, and we will look at your family dynamics as a whole, if you have more than one child that you have sleep concerns about, then I'd recommend a separate assessment for each. My training, philosophy, and evidence-based guidance, including those you'll receive in your Holistic Family Sleep Assessment and all the strategies we map out for you, are based on responsiveness and gentle tweaks, absolutely no "Cry-It-Out" at all.
I'm a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, having completed an OCN Level 6, or graduate level, program out of the UK. I'm also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have over 15 years of experience as a doula, parent educator, babywearing consultant, and mindfulness facilitator, and truly love supporting families!
For over 15 years, I have supported all sorts of families! This includes single/solo parents, multigenerational families, neurodiverse individuals, those with disabilities, and more. And I have a passion for supporting other LGBTQ+ families!
My schedule for 1:1 sessions is booked on a first come-first served basis and I usually book about ~3-7 days out. This offer is limited to 10 families and to make sure you can find time before the end of the year! (Please note, I'll be away 12/16-12/22.)

Looking at sleep holistically means assessing your little one's feeding, health factors, activity, current sleep patterns, temperament, and other family factors. It also means understanding what’s expected based on age, development, and evidence-based resources (not just what your neighbor’s granddaughter's baby is doing.)
