I'm trained in Mindfulness Self-Compassion, facilitate mindfulness-based new parent group programs, and have personal daily mindfulness practices. I'm also a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, having completed an OCN Level 6, or graduate level, program out of the UK. I'm also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), doula, parent educator, and babywearing consultant. I have over 15 years of experience supporting families!
I work with all sorts of families and strive to be inclusive of a wide variety of positionalities, including but not limited to single/solo parents, multi-generational families, neurodiverse individuals, those with disabilities, and more. I have a passion for supporting other LGBTQ+ families and use inclusive language!
